Amnesia Ibiza has stood at the heart of the island’s nightlife since the 1970s. Located on the main road between Ibiza Town and San Antonio near San Rafael, the club began life as a rural finca before transforming into one of the world’s most recognised venues. Its reputation has been built on music, atmosphere, and production - qualities that remain central to this day.

The club’s two main spaces define its character. The Main Room is dark, high-impact, and built for heavy sounds. The Terrace, with its glass roof, is world famous for sunrise moments when daylight floods the dancefloor. With a capacity of up to 5,000, Amnesia combines scale with detail, featuring a Martin Audio sound system, multiple bars, VIP balconies, and its iconic CO₂ cannons.

Residencies That Shape the Season

Amnesia’s summer calendar balances underground credibility with broad appeal, giving each night a unique identity.

Tuesdays hosted Eastenderz, with East End Dubs curating a minimal and deep tech showcase alongside guests such as Kolter, Sidney Charles, and Prunk. The Terrace became a hub for groove-driven sounds that drew loyal fans through the season.

Wednesdays belonged to RESISTANCE Ibiza, ULTRA Worldwide’s flagship techno brand. Residents Adam Beyer and ARTBAT alternated across the two rooms, with the Main Room delivering darker sets and the Terrace leaning into melodic and progressive techno, supported by custom visuals.

Saturdays saw the rise of Bresh, one of the most colourful and fast-growing global parties. Known for confetti showers, upbeat visuals, and a soundtrack mixing reggaeton, pop, and crossover hits, it brought an inclusive, celebratory atmosphere and a younger crowd.

Sundays closed with Pyramid, Amnesia’s in-house brand. Focused on underground sounds and extended sets, it showcased artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Nina Kraviz, and Marco Faraone, drawing a mix of locals and long-time Ibiza clubbers.

This rotation reinforced Amnesia’s ability to stay relevant while delivering variety, making its calendar a cornerstone of the island’s nightlife each year.

Inside the Venue

Amnesia’s entrance is understated, but once inside the flow between rooms is seamless. The Main Room and Terrace are linked by a central corridor, and multiple bars ensure short waits. A small outdoor area provides a breather from the main floors.

VIP balconies overlook both rooms, offering elevated views with table service, fast-track entry, and premium bottles. Unlike some venues, VIP here feels integrated into the club rather than removed from the atmosphere. Despite its size, Amnesia’s design supports easy movement. Even at capacity, guests can transition between spaces smoothly.

Amnesia’s central position makes it highly accessible. Just 15 minutes by taxi from Ibiza Town or San Antonio, it also benefits from the island’s disco bus service, with routes stopping directly outside the club. Its location on the main road ensures easy arrival and departure even during the busiest events.
