Hï Ibiza - The World’s Number 1 Club
A Multi-Room Venue Engineered for Connection
Hï Ibiza opened its doors in 2017 on the former site of Space and quickly established itself as one of the island’s defining venues. Created by The Night League, the team behind Ushuaïa and UNVRS, it has been recognised as the World’s Number One Club by DJ Mag for four consecutive years. Its design sets it apart, blending scale with intimacy through a carefully planned layout that connects multiple rooms, gardens, and breakout areas.
The Theatre remains the flagship space, with sweeping balconies, a vast dancefloor, and an LED and sound system engineered for impact. The Club Room offers a darker, underground contrast, while the Magic Garden and Secret Garden create open-air retreats between sets. Perhaps the most unique feature is the Wild Corner, a DJ booth hidden inside the venue’s restroom, which has become the site of surprise appearances from global names. With a capacity of nearly 5,000, Hï manages to feel expansive without ever losing its sense of flow.
A Season of Defining Residencies
This past summer saw Hï deliver another calendar of heavyweight residencies that stretched across genres and created landmark moments week after week. Mondays were shaped by OUR HOUSE, with Meduza and James Hype curating a 16-week run that fused hybrid live sets with high-octane turntablism, supported by Hannah Laing’s trance-infused energy in the Club Room.
Tuesdays belonged to The Martinez Brothers, their Bronx-born house sound filling the Theatre while Paco Osuna’s Now Here residency held the Club Room with a more driving, techno-focused edge. Wednesdays paired Dom Dolla in the Theatre with Patrick Topping in the Club Room, both showcasing peak-time house grooves that carried crowds into the early hours.
On Thursdays, HUGEL Presents Make The Girls Dance introduced a Latin-driven fusion of house, percussion, and afro beats, offering one of the season’s most vibrant atmospheres. Fridays brought the depth of Joseph Capriati Presents Metamorfosi, where his expansive techno journeys were matched by Indira Paganotto’s psy-techno explorations.
Saturdays were once again led by Black Coffee, whose Afro house mastery filled the Theatre, with Damian Lazarus providing a complementary, boundary-pushing set in the Club Room. Sundays closed the week with Glitterbox, bringing colour, disco, house anthems, and flamboyant dancers to end each weekend on a celebratory high.
This residency-led model ensured every night carried a distinct personality, allowing the venue to speak to a wide range of audiences while maintaining the highest standards of sound and production.
A Complete Experience Beyond the Dancefloor
What sets Hï apart is its attention to detail across the entire guest journey. The L-Acoustics sound system delivers warmth and clarity across every space, while lighting rigs and LED walls are choreographed to match the tone of each residency. Production is bold but balanced, ensuring the music remains central to the experience.
VIP areas overlook the dancefloors without detaching from them, offering fast-track entry, table service, and carefully designed seating for groups. General admission bars are plentiful and positioned for quick service and outdoor gardens offering calm, social spaces between sets. The Wild Corner continues to add unpredictability, reminding visitors that even in a highly polished venue, spontaneity is part of the magic.
Located directly opposite Ushuaïa, many clubbers connect an evening at Ushuaïa with a night at Hï, while others arrive after sunset cocktails on the beachfront promenade.
Hï Ibiza continues to deliver nights that define the island’s clubbing culture. With its forward-thinking design, world-class sound, and a programme that blends international names with unique concepts, it has secured its place as the best club in the world.
